古木参天，必以深根蟠扎九地；江河奔涌，必以厚源汇聚千川。高能环境三十三年岁月奔流，我们始终以敬畏之心护持这片 “沃土”—— 不逐眼前微利，不避长远之责，唯以深耕细作，守其生机如初。
处事兴业，最忌寅吃卯粮之短见，尤恶埋雷遗患之盲行。我们当秉持 “不逐朝露之鲜，而求松柏之茂；不贪涸泽之渔，而谋江海之裕” 的定力：不为眼前微利折腰，故无苟且之态；不向流俗弊病妥协，故无退让之痕。恰如农夫耕耘田亩，晨兴理墒，暮归培土，不因风雨改其志，不因寒暑辍其功，唯念土壤肥力日厚，方有丰年之望。这便是 “扎根长远” 的朴素智慧，亦是我们兴业的根本遵循。
工欲善其事，必先利其器。于企业发展而言，这份 “器”，正是深植于每个高能人心中的文化基因，是滋养未来的 “土壤肥力”。当此壤足以育良苗，当此基足以承大厦，则不必忧前路之艰，不必惧风雨之骤——假以时日，凡所植根之域，皆可从幼苗长成参天大树，从溪流汇成浩渺江河，于各自领域中独树一帜，成为众人仰望的翘楚。这便是根基深厚者的自信，是元气充沛者的远见。
三十三年栉风沐雨，三十三年抱朴守真。高能环境始终厚植这份从中国科学院高能物理研究所脱胎而来的文化基因，不使肥力有片刻之竭，不使根基有分毫之损。凭此根基，我们在环保、金属回收、矿业等领域深耕不辍，步步坚实；怀此初心，高能环境方能坚定志向，矢志成为令人尊敬的卓越公众企业。

Ancient towering trees owe their height to deep roots that cling firmly to the earth; rushing rivers owe their momentum to abundant sources that gather countless streams. Over the 33 years of BGE's development, we have always cherished this "fertile soil" with a sense of awe—never chasing trivial immediate profits, never shirking long-term responsibilities, but only tilling with dedication to maintain its vitality as ever.
In handling affairs and running a business, the greatest taboo is the short-sightedness of "eating the grain of the next year before this year's harvest," and the most abhorrent act is the reckless behavior that plants hidden dangers and leaves troubles for the future. We must uphold the resolve of "not pursuing the freshness of morning dew but striving for the prosperity of pines and cypresses; not craving to drain a pond for fish but seeking the abundance of rivers and seas": not bending for trivial immediate profits, we thus have no trace of perfunctoriness; not compromising with prevalent vices, we thus leave no sign of concession. Just like farmers tilling their fields—getting up at dawn to manage soil moisture, returning at dusk to add soil, never changing their resolve due to wind and rain, never suspending their efforts due to heat and cold—they only focus on enriching the soil's fertility day by day to harbor the hope of a bumper harvest. This is the simple wisdom of "taking root for the long term," and also the fundamental principle guiding our business endeavors.
As the saying goes, "If a craftsman wants to do his work well, he must first sharpen his tools." For an enterprise's development, this "tool" is precisely the cultural gene deeply rooted in the heart of every BGE employee, and the "soil fertility" that nurtures the future. When this soil is fertile enough to cultivate healthy seedlings, and this foundation is solid enough to support a grand building, we need not worry about the hardships ahead or fear sudden storms. Given time, all areas where we have taken root will grow from small seedlings into towering trees, converge from small streams into vast rivers, stand out in their respective fields, and become the leaders admired by all. This is the confidence of those with a solid foundation, and the foresight of those with abundant vitality.
Having weathered wind and rain for 33 years, BGE has adhered to simplicity and authenticity for 33 years. We have always deeply cultivated this cultural gene—evolved from the Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS)—never allowing this "fertility" to be exhausted for a moment, nor the foundation to be damaged in the slightest. With this foundation, we have made unremitting and solid efforts in the fields of environmental protection, metal recycling, and mining; cherishing this original aspiration, BGE has been able to firm up its ambition and commit to becoming a respected and outstanding public enterprise.
It must be noted: If the fertile soil remains evergreen, the foundation will be everlasting; if the original aspiration remains unchanged, the journey will be steady and far-reaching.
