The Role
VP, Origination & Execution, IBD
Key Accountabilities
Conduct systematic research on the consumer and industrial sectors, and organize capital markets products/services for clients in relevant industries;
Collaborate with the Global Coverage Center, Corporate Finance Team, and product teams to provide marketing support for clients in the relevant sectors;
Partner with other teams in the Investment Banking Department to participate in the execution of capital markets projects in relevant industries;
Responsible for achieving marketing and performance targets assigned by the department head;and
Such other duties as shall be directed by your superiors from time to time.
Skills & Experience
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, economics, consumer/industrial studies, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of investment banking experience(domestic and international).
Strong industry analysis skills with excellent attention to detail and numerical analysis capabilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, proactive in addressing client needs, and willing to travel.
Ability to multitask efficiently and demonstrate strong stress tolerance in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional written and verbal proficiency in both Chinese and English(English fluency at near-native level)

Skills & Experience
3+ years of fixed income bond trading experience;
Degree Holder or above in Finance/ Economics or related subject from a renowned university; with a recognized professional qualification (CFA, FRM or equivalent) preferred :
Strong product knowledge in fixed income products and strategic insight on the financial markets;
Good spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin;

Key Accountabilities
Cover several new subsector stocks under sector head's coverage universe;
Assist sector head in writing reports of the sector team, including initiation report, industry report and company report;
Collect and analyze industry data and maintain relevant databases;
Assist sector head to maintain sound relationships with clients, including respond to clients' requests in a timely manner;
Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by sector head.
Skills & Experience
At least three years of sell-side equity research experience in Hong Kong market;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting from a reputable university;
Strong financial modelling skills and excellent analytical and communication abilities;
Good command in written and oral English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Proficiency in MS Office, programming knowledge is a plus.

The Role
AVP, Private Wealth Management, RM, ESD
Key Accountabilities
Work on a team basis to expand an assigned portfolio of accounts with varying and/or complex financial needs with the objective of revenue growth
Assist Relationship Managers on a number of key accounts including High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals, Ultra High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals, as well as corporates
Assist Relationship Managers to handle client relationships by offering tailored investment solutions and increase income generated from the clients
Handle client account opening and client onboarding, due diligence tasks
Be a point of entry for processing client enquiries and orders, and to ensure that administrative arrangements and processes are completed according to corporate policies and procedures
Carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
Relevant individual with SFC RA 1, 2, 4, 5 license
Bachelor's degree or above in business-related disciplines
At least 5 years relevant working experience gained in financial companies, with specific knowledge of wealth management and investment industry, including but not limited to financial instruments, workflows, market players and product trends
Some knowledge in sales processes, especially Wealth Management Product (WMP) sales processes, would be very helpful
Possession of a strong analytical mindset and a sense of ownership and commitment
Able to establish good working relationships with stakeholders
Excellent command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, with strong influencing skills
Basic knowledge of financial software such as Bloomberg
