在全球气候危机持续加剧、绿色转型浪潮深入推进的关键时期，由上海市人民政府与联合国教科文组织联合主办的 2025 世界设计之都大会，于 9 月 25 日正式拉开帷幕。世界绿色设计组织（WGDO）主席、中国工程院院士王金南受邀出席大会开幕式，并发表主旨演讲。
At a critical juncture as the global climate crisis continues to intensify and the green transformation trend deepens， the 2025 World Design Capital Conference（WDCC）， co-hosted by the Shanghai Municipal People‘s Government and UNESCO，isofficially opened on September 25．Prof．Wang Jinnan， President of the World Green Design Organization （WGDO） and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering， was invited to attend the opening ceremony and deliver a keynote speech．
在主旨演讲中，王金南主席首先对 WGDO 的国际影响力与发展使命进行系统阐述。依托欧盟官方认证、联合国经济及社会理事会（ECOSOC）特别咨商地位等重要资质，过去十余年间，WGDO 始终以 “引领生产生活消费方式变革，实现人与自然融合共生” 为核心使命，积极搭建全球绿色设计交流合作平台，推动绿色设计理念与实践在全球范围的传播与落地，已成为全球绿色设计领域不可或缺的核心推动力量。
In his keynote speech，PresidentWang systematically expounded on the international influence and development mission of WGDO． Leveraging key qualifications such as official EU certification and special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council （ECOSOC）， WGDO has， over the past decade， consistently pursued its core mission of “leading the transformation of production， living， and consumption patterns， and achieving the integration and symbiosis of man and nature”． The organization has actively built a global platform for green design exchange and cooperation， promoting the dissemination and implementation of green design concepts and practices worldwide， and has become an indispensable driving force in the global green design field．
演讲聚焦三大核心维度，为全球绿色设计发展提供清晰路径指引。其一，在绿色设计价值定位方面，他明确指出，绿色设计是应对全球气候变化、落实联合国可持续发展目标（SDGs）的关键抓手。WGDO 从关于绿色设计的学科定义出发，进一步拓展形成全生命周期创新理念，可从宏观战略规划、中观产业转型到微观产品研发，构建全流程、一体化的可持续发展体系，为城市绿色转型提供科学系统的解决方案，从源头破解全球可持续发展面临的诸多难题。其二，在全球绿色设计实践成果分享环节，他重点介绍了全球首个 “世界绿色设计之都”—— 广州市白云区的实践成果；此外，法国尚邦、圣埃蒂安等申报 “世界绿色设计之都” 的城市正积极推进申报工作。同时，他特别提及，作为本次大会主办城市的上海，在绿色产业基础、设计创新能力、生态治理成效等方面具备显著优势，建议上海积极创建 “世界绿色设计之都”，进一步发挥示范引领作用，这一建议也充分呼应了绿色设计理念在不同地域、不同发展阶段城市中的多元适配性与强大生命力。其三，为进一步推动全球绿色设计协同发展，他提出五点重要倡议，具体包括：以绿色设计赋能产业高质量发展，推动传统产业绿色转型与新兴绿色产业培育；推动大众绿色生活方式养成，使绿色设计理念融入日常生活场景；依托绿色设计建设绿色生态环境，提升生态系统质量与稳定性；加强可持续文化传播，营造全社会重视绿色设计的良好氛围；完善绿色政策法规体系，为绿色设计发展提供坚实制度保障。王主席呼吁全球各方力量协同发力，让绿色设计成为全球城市发展的 “共同语言”，共筑全球绿色设计生态圈。
The speech focused on three core dimensions， providing clear guidance for the development of global green design．First，regarding the value proposition of green design， he clearly stated thatgreen design is a key tool for addressing global climate change and implementing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals （SDGs）．WGDO， building upon the disciplinary definition of green design， further expanded upon the concept of full-lifecycle innovation． This concept encompasses a comprehensive， integrated sustainable development system， encompassing macro-strategic planning， meso-industrial transformation， and micro-product development． This provides scientific and systematic solutions for urban green transformation， addressing the many challenges facing global sustainable development at their root．Second，in a sharing session on global green design practice， he highlighted the achievements of Baiyun District， Guangzhou， the world‘s first “World Green Design Capital”．Furthermore， cities such as Chambon and Saint-Étienne in France are actively pursuing their bids for the title． He also highlighted Shanghai， the host city of this conference， for its significant advantages in green industry foundations， design innovation capabilities， and ecological governance achievements． He suggested that Shanghai actively develop itself into a “World Green Design Capital” to further play a leading role in demonstration． This suggestion fully reflects the diverse adaptability and strong vitality of green design concepts in cities across different regions and at different stages of development．Third，to further promote the coordinated development of global green design， he proposed five key initiatives： empowering high-quality industrial development through green design， promoting the green transformation of traditional industries and the cultivation of emerging green industries； promoting green lifestyles among the public and integrating green design concepts into daily life； building a green ecological environment based on green design to enhance the quality and stability of ecosystems； strengthening the dissemination of sustainable culture and fostering a positive atmosphere for green design throughout society； and improving the green policy and regulatory system to provide a solid institutional foundation for the development of green design．PresidentWang called on all parties to work together tomake green design the “common language” of global urban development and jointly build a global green design ecosystem．
未来，WGDO 将持续联动全球各国政府、企业、科研机构及社会组织，以 “绿叶标” 产品评定体系、绿色设计工程师专业人才培育、绿色设计国际标准制定为重要支撑，积极推动更多城市加入 “世界绿色设计之都” 网络，让绿色设计理念覆盖全球每一处角落，助力人与自然和谐共生的美好愿景加速成为现实。
In the future， WGDO will continue to collaborate with governments， businesses， research institutions， and social organizations around the world． Leveraging the “Green LeafMark“ product rating system， cultivating professional green design engineers， and developing international green design standards， WGDO will actively encourage more cities to join the ”World Green Design Capital“ network， enabling green design concepts to reach every corner of the globe and accelerating the realization of the beautiful vision of harmonious coexistence between man and nature．
